  These people are the worst exploiters of the grieving that you'll ever have the mis-fortune to work will, truly despicable, corrupt and in my opinion evil grave-robbers, uncaring for anybody but themselves and excess profit, for mediocre service.

  After being victimized by Dodo Mortuary I've found there is no State over-site of their practice, standards or performance, leaving the mortuary pretty much able to do anything they want as to increase their financial bottom line, extorting from the living and exploiting the dead.
  
  It's a sad state when people resort to going through the pockets of the dead, their relatives and their friends, But that's what happens when all is buried in the ground and grieving is replaced by demands for more money than was agreed upon, when anger replaces sorrow, having been abused at the hands of profiteers, uncaring and unaccountable for their actions. Our memories of loved ones deserve more than grievous, wanton robbery at the hands of financial vultures at the time of our deepest and most vulnerable despair.
  
  Dodo's may treat their friends differently but as for the rest of us there seems to be no caring whatsoever, so for we the living, we who are the responsible ones, we must find some better option and I implore you to spare yourself the pain of dealing with Dodo's Mortuary, a place of careless exploitation, the Grim Reapers of the Big Island.
  
  The State Ombudsman follows-up with sympathy, understanding and this response; "Please be informed that pursuant to Chapter 96, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Office of the Ombudsman investigates complaints regarding the administrative acts of the State executive branch and county government agencies in Hawaii. We do not have the authority to investigate complaints about the actions of private individuals or businesses, such as the Dodo Mortuary. Therefore, we are unable to investigate this complaint."
